"They not provided quality medicine , I have bought spry , the spry was faulty I took it back because I bought the previous night and was not working , I mad journey again to the pharmacy at the some night but was closed . I had to go next day but the manager took it to the back stayed for 3 minutes and exchange it for another one and told me it is working. She has not act as professional and has not come with a choice . She has not tried to test it in front my eyes , she said i am sorry for disappointed but I can not refund you or accept it, I said well you keep money and the spry , I am sure she will sell it to some body else ."

I asked the lady behind the counter for some non prescribed medicine and despite the request being a slightly delicate matter she proceeded to openly ask at the counter personal, private if not intrusive questions as to why I needed it. No discretion considered given the circumstances. The lady then went behind the screen where her colleague was and they both laughed out loud. Totally humiliated I walked away."
