"Part of having your manicure is to feel pampered. I’m afraid I was made to feel like a bit of an inconvenience. With no smiles, acetone was plonked in front of me to remove my old gels, and I was left there for about 10 minutes. Then my manicurist came along and abruptly asked me what I wanted doing. She then talked to her colleague in a foreign language for the entire time. There was no attempt to interact with me at all. The nails just are OK, with a build up of product around the cuticles. I won’t be returning. I’m very disappointed."

"The staff are nice but the quality is lacking. My shellac nails were reasonable but I had to go back for areas missed. The staff were distracted by the phone as they were short staffed. A reoccurring problem I think. Waxing was poor. Some areas were missed when I got home. For the amount paid for waxing i would have expected better. Have spent half that before in other places. Shame as they were local."

However, every time I am in there, the phone constantly rings and the girls have to leave the client to answer the phone. It happened 4 times with me today! I think a receptionist needs to be recruited!"
