"Have been taking my cat (20 years old now) to this place for many years and have never had any trouble. They let you settle them in and even (if they're not fully booked of course) choose the pen in which you would like your pet to stay, something quite useful for my cat as she suffers from arthritis and cannot jump onto the higher levels in some pens. They also give them some nice scratching pads and toys to play with and ramps to help the elderly - much appreciated. She's always been returned to us in good health and as far as catteries go, I'd say they charge a very reasonable fee for their services. An added bonus is the descriptions they take of your pet, with your specific food requirements and information to help them take better care of your pet during their stay. Would definitely recommend."
"Used Flora cottage for year with various different cats. The staff are lovely and they have indoor heated areas for when it's cold. My cats are always gutted to come home as they're fussed over so much at Flora cottage. Never had any issues with length of stay or how it's priced up. Will be back again very soon."
"My husband and i took our pet shih tzu to flora cottage for a little grooming the staff there are very well presented and so knowledgeable in canine grooming i would genuinely recommend them to any one wanting to have their pet groomed i do not know the names of any of the staff if i did i would most certainly disclose them here i can assure you my husband and i are most pleased that we took our pet there and shall carry on doing so. thank you all so much Linda & Geordie"
