"Had a special deal with bed & breakfast & a 7 course taster evening menu with wines. They were full sized portions & although very delicious, no way you you eat it all, only half at most which is a waste of very good food. Enjoyed the 2 night stay. Breakfast excellent."

"Lovely hotel, only 4 stars as its a listed building so doesn't have air-conditioning. All the staff were very warm, friendly and do their upmost serving or helping. One of the maintenance team kindly let me have his office fan as the hotel had none spare during the hottest day of the year, so thank you much appreciated!"
