"Jake and Chloe have been amazing. It’s so lovely to have such friendly faces at the desk. Having lived in a YPP property for over 8 months now, we’ve seldom had any issues and when we have they’ve all been resolved quickly. I would recommend renting through YPP York office."

"Very bad experience staying here. First, YPP is based in Leeds not York so reception staff Amber and Jake are always leaving early or not at reception at all. Second, at check out, they will do everything they can to deduct your deposit, like crawling on the bed to take pictures of the ceiling and claiming that we stained the ceiling. This is ridiculous, the people who live in YPP are ordinary people instead of giants. Also, they will mark dirty rooms as clean and beautiful upon check-in, everything is the resident's fault. Please don't stay here if you have better options, otherwise your deposit will be fully charged by YPP."

My daughter has been living at YPP this year during her final year at Uni, she has enjoyed living in her flat so much and all the staff have been amazing and made her feel really at home and cared for. "The staff in YPP letting York Office is very very nice and friendly. When I moved in there, there are several problems occurred like the boiler, sink, electricity account set-up, and so on. All the staff tried their best to help me and made it work. Especially the maintenance team, Garry really did a good job. Appreciate the office’s help here :)"

"Moving daughter into her flat and there were a few teething problems but Gary was extremely helpful and sorted them out. Explained how to report any other problems (if there are any) and he would action them. Good to put a face to a name. Really friendly and approachable. Thanks Gary."
