"I have been here 4 years (or since it opened) and would give the barbers 4.5/5 brilliant. That said I pay £30 for a shave and minimal cut (balding at top.) This is steep but the quality was worth it although I find some people take equally long/longer and pay £20. Last visit they charged £20 I knew they undercharged so let them know. Sadly then it was £40…. Don’t know if they increased price but I certainly was a victim to my honesty. Either prices have increased or I was over charged. I’m looking for somewhere I can go every 4-6 weeks and this is good but it’s not worth £20 more than others. They like many other barbers need a loyalty scheme or a price that brings regulars in. I will now try kings or a Watford barber. Great if you have long hair or for special events.I give my last visit a 2 based on my experience but likely will change to a 4 when they have received my feedback as a fair reflection of my many visits."

"Tried Smart barbers for the first time having been forced to find a new barbers as my go to was selling up. What a great little place! Very polite and professional service. It costs a little more but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth trying Smart barbers if you are looking for a good cut and beard shape up"

"Very unhappy with the results of my sons hair cut. It it is obvious that the line in the back is not even neither transition smoother. Whenever we mentioned that, they said do not see anything and they got experience. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and results, we should not have even paid for such a service. Will not comeback and do not recommend. They may be good for simple hair-dress but far from professional. In regards to your reply... "We tried to correct other people mistakes" does not mean anything as you took a responsibility and also got paid for it. If you was not sure that will be able to "repair" other people mistakes why did you start testing on my son's hair? Is that a professional behaviour? If you can not deliver, you do not take risk. You say "I can not do it!", once you start working, you take responsibility and must to deliver!!!! Simple as that. The results of your work are obvious, he was better before we sit at your chair, unfortunately I did mot make picture before that to prove. The least you could have done in our case was to apologies and not take payment, instead you started shouting on us, with words that "You do not see a problem with his hair"."
