"Horrendous experience. Sadly one of the worst hair cuts and experiences of my life. If you are looking for an uneven, blunt cut with a passive aggressive shop owner this is the place for you. Even my husband who never notices my hair described it as 'horrendous'. Gig refused to give me even a partial refund back.
