"Staff were late back from lunch, my physio appointment was late and I was supposed to be first in to be able to get back for school pick up. The building is vile, run down and I needed the bathroom and the toilet had no seats. I'm thankful for out NHS but the level of hygiene leaves alot to be desired."
"Only giving one star as 0 stars was not an option. Online prescription service states prescriptions will be sent electronically to Wicker Pharmacy and can be picked up after 24 hours. I went to pick up prescription, no record of it. I rang the doctors and was told that prescription could not be sent electronically - I had NO CONTACT from the surgery to inform me of this, and why was it available to request online if this is the case? - and that I could get pharmacy to collect it. I did this, when the pharmacy went to collect it, the prescription was not there. All of this has taken 3 weeks. I am now 2 weeks overdue my medication. Altogether a complete and utter farce, since it moved from Broad Lane (with a week's notice). Much more difficult to attend as parking is expensive."
