Their attention to detail was excellent and the treatment in the physio department, especially with Lucy, was brilliant! "Not impressed. My 89 year old mum was handed a blood stained gown to put on for her procedure. The staff member didn’t even apologize or seem bothered but went to get another gown. The doctor who performed the procedure didn’t introduce himself or say anything to my mum so we don’t even know if it was the consultant we saw initially. The aftercare was non existent - left alone with no indication of how long she would be there for. A more personal service would have been nice all round - it is extremely expensive private care after all."
