"I have only seen Alex, the osteopath, on 3 occasions so far and I have already noticed an improvement in my low back pain. The premises are lovely, good parking and the sessions always start on time. Alex is very personable. He gives very detailed explanations of the hand-on treatment he does during the session and also the small tweaks I can make to my lifestyle to make further improvements. I also like what is called the PhysiApp which Alex sent me to download after my first session enabling him to send me exercises to do between the sessions. This comes with short videos and explanation of the exercises as well as the suggested amount to do each day. I have never been a big exerciser but seeing the benefits I am gaining already is worth the commitment of no more than 10 minutes a day. I highly recommend this practice and have no hesitation in giving it 5 stars."
