"Can not fault the doctors at all. Have been absolutely brilliant through Covid when heard many horror stories of other doctors. Telephone appointments absolutely brilliant for us workers, I can be anywhere in the country and get the help I need. I'd also say that when needed a f2f appointment against this has been excellent and in a timely manner. Well done"

"Waited for a telephone appointment for 2 weeks, told it was at 9.10 am. At 11.30 rang to be told that they don't give appointment times but would recieve a call soon. 5.30pm rang again to be told that a message would be sent to the doctor. When asked when I would hear from them was more or less told I'd have to wait and see. Very curt and rude. Doctor rang and said she'd been trying to reach me. No messages or missed calls tho. All staff should be sent for customer service training."

"I am reluctant to give a favourable review as I’m finding it as hard as ‘pushing water up hill’ just to get an appointment, the waiting times and obstacles are ridiculous to be honest, I’m fed up of Covid being used as an excuse, public health England have given GPs millions recently to get their act together and start seeing patients, I just want some bloods doing and a diagnosis in order to live as normal a life as possible but it seems too much to expect. I hope I can review this score more favourably in the not too distant future but I’m not holding my breath"
