"came with two kids,no appointment but lady said that i can wait 30 min until she gonna finish make hair for 1 lady,i was waiting 1 and half hour -and when she finished she take another person-not my child,then when i have asked how is it possible ? instead apologize was so rude.It never happened in my life before.How somebody can be ignorant .dont care about customers.also do dirty place-sofa and magazines sticky with dirt. can not say anything about hairdresser level but not recommend to anybody .Maybe because I use to go to high standard salons where whilst waiting they offer drinks and try to cut waiting time for minimum thats why i am in shock!"
