"My massage time got shortened because I found it difficult to find parking as the main car park near the place, the peel house car park was closed for the day, which I was not aware of. There was also heavy traffic to get there as there were some unexpected roadworks of A41. Was very disappointing after such a long drive and car parking hassle. They should be accommodating to such things"

I explained how trimming is necessary before the waxing but I was ignored and ended up bleeding for a few days after my appointment because of the unprofessional service I received. I literally paid (overcharged as well) the salon to get hurt. Not only I was left with damaged skin and scars, but the hair wasn’t even fully removed!"
