"Our dog developed a cough, rang this clinic and was told not to bring her in as could be kennel cough, we told them she was breathing very fast and struggling and needed help but they wasn’t interested in seeing her or giving her any medication to help, they told us to bring a video to the clinic and they said kennel cough, so tried to diagnose by watching a video!! I took her to another vets to be checked about 2 weeks later as she was not getting any better and she was scanned and put on medication for pneumonia. She died within a week, please Avoid this veterinary clinic!! Take your pets somewhere else! Pneumonia in dogs if caught early is treatable so my beautiful dog Skye would probably still be alive if they would have seen her in the beginning instead of miss-diagnosing her."
"Cannot fault the team at Irlam Animal Clinic. They have always been on hand to support since we got our dog 2 years ago. Medication is reasonably priced and have found the monthly plan we pay into that covers all flea, worm and vaccinations for him is very reasonable."

"Irlam Animal Clinic looked after an underweight hedgehog over the winter after we rescued him. They were good on the phone and seemed very caring both over the phone and when we went to collect the hedgehog to return him to our garden this spring. Not very responsive to email, though, so I would advise calling instead of emailing. Can't comment on how they are with treating domestic animals as they aren't our usual vets."
