"This review is more so for Pets at Home’s Groom Room than the store itself. We took our dog, Jasper, for his second ‘full groom’ today (the first time haven gone smoothly) and, ultimately, picked him up bleeding. The wash/blow aspect of the groom was spot on though and is the only reason this is not a one star review. Only after Jasper left bloody paw prints in the reception area were we informed the professional groomers had cut the wick of his claws. The staff used a cotton bud type of treatment which reduced/stopped the bleeding at the time, but this was only a temporary measure and Jasper continued to excessively bleed all over the car on the way home and throughout our home until we managed to stop the bleeding ourselves (using google and DIY-type remedies). This has been very stressful for Jasper and our family — and what should’ve been a treat was just a struggle. We pay for professional groomers to care for Jasper where we would struggle, but we could’ve done better ourselves. This was extremely disappointing after our first experience with the Groom Room and we won’t be returning. It’s also worth noting we were still required to pay full price and the staff weren’t concerned or apologetic."

"Very good experience today. Placed an order on line to pick up got a txt within 5 mins. Went to pick it up and got there and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They brought the order to the checkout and everything had been picked. Couldn't complain 5* service"
