"As a first time patient I had the worst experience ever. Dr KATARZYNA STRYCH was so rude she asked me what the problem was and when I told her she what it was and where I got the information from she dismissed me and said she didn't want to hear the information that I looked up online, there was nothing but attitude from her and the other Dr she was working with. She took and x-ray and when both Dr's walked back into the room the both rolled they're eyes as they walked back into the room. when I made a complaint I was told the manager would call me and she never did so I will not be going back there. This is by far the worst dental surgery ive ever been to."

"From the receptionists to the Dentist Katarzyna Strych and her Dental Nurse absolutely wonderful made me feel welcome and at complete ease. Explained all treatment needed and why , made me feel I had input in to the way my treatment would be completed. No question from me unanswered by the Dentist. Would highly recommend this practice and Staff."

"If I could give no stars I would! Avoid dentist KATARZYNA STRYCH. I waiting over 3 months to get an appointment for me and my child. Receptionist were all lovely gave me forms to fill out for both of us. My dentist Katarzyna came out a few times and see me sitting there. After about 15 minutes she sent out her little helper to tell me she would not see me as I had my child with me! I explained the appointment was booked for BOTH of us and I had been waiting ages for this appointment. She went back and said she would explain this the dentist. After this Katarzyna made her way out MADE HERSELF A CUP OF TEA went back to her room then came out another 5 mins later to tell me she wouldn’t see me Because I had my child even tho it would booked with him. I think her attitude absolutely stinks!! How she has a job working with the general public is beyond me. She clearly doesn’t care about her job. I lost a days work for this appointment. Absolutely disgusting I will NEVER be returning and all my family have changed dentists now to. I also waited 6 years to keep being told I was on a waiting list to have my wisdom tooth removed. I ended up getting it done privately."

"If you've been booked an appointment with a dentist named Katrina on this practice, don't go. I repeat, avoid at all costs. Better to live with the pain you may have than be insulted, intimidated, harrased and ridiculed by this dentist who lacks not only ethics and empathy but also skills."
