"Been waiting for several months. 10 mins late for first appointment and Receptionist at clinic at 4pm 20/03/2023 was not accommodating. She cancelled my appointment and further said to me she won’t take any more NHS patients and that I should rejoin waiting list. Been waiting for this appointment for several months and even if I got reminders life has been busy and it’s frustrating to know that being an NHS patient comes with being looked down upon. She was actually not a polite woman."
