"I had an emergency appointment here with the lovely Dr Jessa. She was so compassionate and helpful. She and her lovely assistant, Vicky, were both so friendly and made me so comfortable and got me out of horrible pain I was in. Dr Jessa was amazing and gave me some really wonderful advice too. She’s an absolute gem! 10/10! Would recommend!"

"Gone downhill over the years - a reflection of the current times. Original dentist has gone. She was very attentive and personable. Been registered in totality approx. 5 years. As long as I’ve known, they’ve never been good at answering the phone nor questions; both in knowledge or politeness. Even witnessed receptionist explain to another patient that there was no problem with the phone and she intentionally doesn’t answer the phone - her own words. They have a really unpleasant and consistent sewer system problem. Smells fowl, which is off-putting considering it is a clinic. New dentist was OK. Not a fan of her manner. Everything just felt rushed and I don’t go back and forth with workers/employees (in any capacity). I often rely on my initial experience(s) - to avoid latent insult. Seems labour and experience overall is lacking. No longer provide porcelain fillings, offered a polishing of teeth however only performed a calculus removal. When ask, acted clueless. Stated and overstated the positive appearance of my tooth - which I am aware of (considering the circumstances) and recommended a brand of dental floss which was fine however, I proceeded to ask a question about the current health of my gums and she was abrupt, dismissive and droned on about the flossing sticks and how I had been advised “so I cannot say I hadn’t been advised”, as though - a) I wasn’t the person to book my own general checkup dental appointment(?) and b) with the supposed good health of my gum/teeth presently and at my age so far, that I was reliant on her holy advice. I could go on. Long story short, I think I’ve overstayed my welcome here. Unlikely to return. Actually sad, because I have always loved visiting the dentist (unlike some) but I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t go as often as I should/would like to because the process is no longer enjoyable and extremely arbitrary and bureaucratic."
