"The dentist had told me I’d only needed retainers for 3-4 months. A full 9 months later I’ve reached the end of my treatment. I wasn’t told at the start that the process was indefinite, which probably would have changed my whole decision. They were NOT HONEST AND UPFRONT at the start, and raised by hopes by giving me a fixed period for my teeth to be fully reshaped. I was fed lies the entire time, with my dentists constantly saying that it will soon be finished, and I’m disappointed with the treatment. The tooth I wanted fixing isn’t even in line with the rest after 9 months of 24hr use. They overcharged me last time but I’m too afraid to collect the refund because the MALE DENTIST IS VERY AGGRESSIVE. The female dentist is welcoming, but I still wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone. The only positive I can draw was the sweet receptionist, who doesn’t seem to be working there anymore. Safe to say she was quicker than myself in realising how dire this practice really is."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID, Avoid this place at all cost, I got my braces done and it was the worst experience they didn’t even look like proper braces they looked ridiculous, they hadn’t been done properly, the wire was wonky the brackets were all over the place, is it absolutely vile they reuse the same equipment on everyone, the next day a few brackets fell off and I had to book an emergency appointment at a local dentist to get them removed, they refused to give my money back even knowing the very next day that they needed to come off even after knowing that they had come off they still refused a refund. I’m also going to attach some pictures so you can see for yourself how bad it really was."

"I always dread going to the dentist but since finding this practice it’s become a positive and pleasant experience. The most detailed and thorough clean and polish ever. This lady takes pride in her work. A friendly and welcoming practice. It’s rare to find a practice in london that takes its time with patients, most treat you as an inconvenience. This is not the case here. I’m glad i found this place."

"What an amazing practice indeed !!.. 5-star service .. lovely calming atmosphere .. for those who are nervous about visiting the dentist.. like me. I must say I felt totally relaxed throughout my time there. I was seen by Doctor Karolina and what a fabulous and very professional and polite dentist she is .. she made me feel at ease and explained very calmly what she was going to do and talked me through my x-ray. I didn't feel like leaving her chair .. lol. Overall experience was fantastic. Great job team. Thank you for the great service"
