"Hello. The service has been fantastic. Israr has helped us relentlessly with the refurbishment of the property and managing and organising various contractors. Glenwood properties have managed to secure a really good rent and find good tenants. We have opted for the managed service as the cost over a year is similar to a let only fee, however the excellent service has encouraged us to trust Glenwood with the management especially as they do not instruct or complete any work required until it is discussed with us first. We would highly recommend. If you would like a personal service, I would actually say a concierge service, and someone who follows through with requests, and is proactive then Glenwood is a very good option.
