"Neel Hirani, one of the co-owners of this practice, is without doubt the most knowledgable and skilled dentist I've met. He always has time to explain the medical science of whats going on with your teeth, has great huge screens to show you the x-rays and example etc... of whats happening in your mouth and will keep answering questions until you are satisified to make a decision about your treatment where necessary. I recently had a poor experience with an emergency dentist elsewhere, I emailed New Cross Dental Practice general address about about it, Neel phoned me the same day despite being on leave 2 days before Christmas. He took the time to understand the situation then explained what had happened & why. He booked me in for a check-up a week later, which I cancelled since things improved, yet he still phoned me to check how things were 2 days after the cancelled appointment, because thats the level to which he goes with his patients. I've been with him 10 years and will never leave - absolute hero dentist with a great team and modern facilities. 100% recommended."

"I have recently visited New Cross Dental Practice. I was seen by Victoria Akinfenwa and had my teeth cleaned and composite bonding work to my two front teeth. Victoria did an absolutely amazing job. So friendly, so professional and incredibly thorough. I am so happy with her work and couldn't recommend her enough! The perfectionist that she is meant she took so much care and my teeth have never looked better. The staff as well are welcoming and very quick with fitting you in an appointment. "I have a phobia of the dentist and needles so getting anything done is always stressful. BUT after 4 years of not going to the dentist, and sadly needing a lot of work done, my dentist was so kind and welcoming. Instantly made me feel at ease, fixed my broken tooth painlessly. Not once did she make me feel embarrassed about the state of my teeth. Plus her assistant was super lovely and so are the receptionists here. Highly recommend here, especially if you’re terrified of the dentist! The team are very professional and kind."
