Reception staff, practice manager and directors extremely unhelpful :( Further to your reply - Which is yet another typical example of the poor responses I have been receiving from this practice over a simple request to respond to my insurance company. You were NEVER at any time requested to falsify anything. To state this is libel and can be proved by the email trail in which there was never, at any point any requests from me for falsification of anything. I will be taking advice over this defamatory statement"
