The landlord has been over within an hour or two usually if there’s been an issue, and it’s always fixed within a couple of days. I feel very lucky to be with them as I know this isn’t the case for a lot of students. They really care about us and our experience and they take pride in their properties. "Our experience with Easy Lettings has been great. We are 5 students living in one of their properties on Raglan Road in Balshall Heath and we love it. It is a beautiful property, the rooms are big and we have a lovely garden. It isn’t like your usual student housing, it feels like a proper home. The landlord is lovely, he lives just down the road and any issues are resolved immediately. The prices are really reasonable, and you can tell that the company really wants you to have a good experience. I definitely recommend !!"
