"I have been coming to Bupa St Mary Axe with Dr Heena for about a year now for various treatments that I needed. She has always been extremely professional, as well as very warm and friendly. She has been very patient in answering any of my questions or concerns and makes sure I have all of the information I need before going ahead with treatment - it’s clear that she knows what she is talking about. She also makes the effort to make sure I understand everything she is doing during treatment and that I am comfortable throughout and can’t feel any pain.
