He explained things that haven't been covered by previous doctors. I managed to have a chat with an orthodontist while I was there as well, who happened to be free for 10 minutes. Dr Richard was honest, clear and helpful about my options. And he didn't charge me! Good news? I've finally found a GREAT dental practice. Bad news? There's a lot I want done."
