"I have been going to this dentist for over 5 years - everyone is always so helpful and polite. It’s not a stressful experience at all and you can speak to the dentist about any worries you have. The people on reception are helpful too! Thanks so much"
"I had far from the best experience at that place, and as I received an email inviting me to write a review, here it is. On arrival at my appointment time, reception sent me to the top floor, where the only people I could find were handymen doing some repairs and blocking the way with a ladder. Without any notice, I had to wait for half an hour to finally see someone. The practitioner then gave me an x-ray scan, but was unable to communicate me the results because of "computer problems". I feel like this was a waste of time and money."
"I was not impressed with the dentist. I wanted treatment for a filling that had come loose. She did not know what treatment to carry out. Kept asking me what I thought she should do. I actually wanted her expert opinion. In the end I did not receive any treatment at all. Only an X-ray was carried out. Sge then told me to make another appointment at reception. I then asked if should would treat me whilst I was there. Her reply was she could only remove the filling but could not give anymore treatment at this appointment. I refused as I didn’t like the thought of having less cover to my cavity than I arrived with. I then went to reception who said she had put a charge on my account for treatment she had not carried out. The receptionist kindly went up to the said dentist to address this after calling twice by phone with no success. I was then told the charge was a mistake. After well over a decade of using this practice I will definitely not be returning as the service has now become unacceptable."
"So far excellent! Haven't been to the dentist for around 13 years, as I had a bad experience elsewhere and to be honest it put me off going. I had to visit due to tooth ache & I felt at ease straight away. If things continue as they are I will definitely be recommending this practice. Friendly staff and a nice environment."
