"I had two filling, just over 6 months ago, I complained because I felt the job was rushed and I could feel wasn't a good job. When I have been asked to go back and they would re do it. Ensted I got a lecture from the same dentist and told me off. The dentist even told me that he used one of the tool he use only for the private job. That make me understand that if you go private you get the best service if you're with NHS you get treated poorly. Yesterday one of the two filling fall off and remind me how bad is that dentist. Will never go back there.i gave 2 stars just because the receptionist was amazing with customers, no matter private or NHS. I would NOT RECOMMEND"

"I would have given zero stars if it were an option! FRANCIS Came in with a bad infection and swelling today and he barely looked at it. Spent the most part of the time roughly poking my other teeth that were fine but now hurt. I asked kindly if he could just give the area a clean to check if any food was stuck thats causing the infection, he laughed and said no. He said if I want to pay privately he will do everything there and then, but because I am an NHS patient he will let my teeth rot. The dental practice is correct as you can see FRANCIS works with you. I have a formal complaint and investigation open with your practice in SYDENHAM that I am still awaiting a response to. The day after my visit I went to another practice that looked properly, confirmed I had a bad infection that couldn't wait to which he prescribed antibiotics and had the tooth removed as an emergency within 3 days. He confirmed how negligent your service was. So I will not remove my review."

"The dentist seemed nice at first, then they started to cancel appointments (which was okay) but then blamed me for the cancellations. The administrative side of that surgery needs a LOT of work, as they have a way of wasting people’s time and are incompetent. Will be looking for a different practice"
