"The treatment and service I've received over the years has declined immensely at this practice, i feel as though the dentists at this clinic are more concerned for overcharging for simple services yet without letting you know until you go to pay. My whole family has been registered at this dentist and you would think customer loyalty would affect how you would be treated yet upon a filling treatment, me and my own sister were given completely different rates, mine significantly higher, with no explanation, at this practice the dentist acts on his own accord with very little communication and consultation, for example using fluoride without even gaining consent. overall, i am dissatisfied with the treatment and feel they treat people unfairly and different therefore I've had to remove my name and Childs off the register which is a shame."
