"Stayed for three nights (at one of the holiday units) with a mate to explore a bit of Birmingham and watch a gig at the O2 Arena. The accomodation has a very modern and relaxing feel despite it being located slightly out of city centre in a bit of a strange looking part of town. The location itself was quite convenient as not a far way from town or local ammenities by foot. The apartment itself was very neat and clean and the apartment building itself was relatively quiet. There were a few minor things which could do with improvement that were brought to attention of property management however contact with the host was usually good and very responsive. Overall quite happy with the stay and am making arrangements to come again in the near future."

"Be careful when considering moving in here. Our flat only has one opening window, the ventilation is broken and has been for several months with no help whatsoever from the landlords or developers, it heats up to intolerable temperatures in summer, the hot water often stops working randomly and unpredictably, and the landlords (Property Hub Lets) are extremely unresponsive to maintenance issues."

"This place will be amazing place to live. Constructed in 2020; the location and apartment sizes are brilliant. They do come with parking but not to all residents. Depends if your apartment comes with a parking bay."
