"It's 10 mins walk to city centre Birmingham. Not bad."
"I went to see someone at this apartment today and the conceige was very rude. When I tried to talk to him on the phone he hung up the phone on me and when he came to open the door and I tried to explain to him that I am visiting he told me he did not care and he was not backing down to no one. I do not know why he said that. Then because I told him I cannot pass on the patient’s detail he walked off. I have never seen such rudeness in all my live and with such vehemence."

"Great apartments and facilities, very secured - minus Fridays & Saturdays nights and any special party days. No problem with anyone having fun and party all night. Can't take it if someone decides to have a fight literally hand to hand fights, screams from horror movies, long loud horns from 12am to 5am. Residents has to sleep guys..."
"Well....boxed, hear everything, centre of town, but wouldn't think it. If you don't get intimated by crowds....8-12 young people, then your ok. The neighbors are great though"
