"Estate Agent horror stories are a dime a dozen, so imagine my friends' surprise when I started praising my latest (and current) estate agency! Initial viewing was pleasant with a friendly agent who was honest and knowledgable about the property and area. Once I made my decision on renting the property, the registration process (okay the online form can do with a facelift) was easy, and I was awestuck by how quickly I received confirmation - something that'd often take a whole week with other agencies. Prior to moving in the communication (mostly over email) were excellent, the fees were transparent and reasonable (on par with all that I've come across); the inventory was the best I've seen with great details (and pictures) of every problem with the property so I could sleep easy the first night without nasty surprises. After moving in, I had a couple of problems (broken washing machine and leaking tap) that were resolved pretty quickly (although one took longer due to complications of my holiday); other minor problems that I wished to resolve I was allowed to with quick email exchanges. Overall it's really the friendly nature of the staff that stuck me the most - it feels like I'm renting from real people who're invested in giving a good service, instead of a souless agency like most. Keep up the good work!"
