"I have had an extremely disappointing experience with the dentist and staff at the front desk. A filling I’ve had without any issue for around 25 years finally came out so I went to get that fixed. A few weeks later the problem came back. Went to the same dentist who said he fixed it. It gave me trouble again. So I got another appointment. I got to the practice in time for my appointment and there was no one there, not even at the reception. Everything closed. I called and no answer. Finally got through and was told that the dentist was unwell and could give me another appointment. I was pregnant and the date they were able to give was for after my due date. I asked to let me know if there are any cancelations and was told they would. No one ever called. I got in touch again recently as my filling is still bothering me and I want to get it treated before it gets even worse. I asked if I could get an appointment with a different dentist. I was told I couldn’t and if I want a second opinion then I should go somewhere else. I said I didn’t need a second opinion, just wanted to see a dentist who could fix my problem and clearly the one I was being sent to couldn’t do it. Finally, the receptionist said she would check with her manager and call me back. I never heard from her. I called again couple of weeks later and had the same conversation with the same reception. She said I should call 111. I told her it was no an emergency and I just wanted to see another dentist. Again she said she would check with her manager and call me back. I told her she said that before but she said she would call me back the same day. It’s been around 10 days and I am still waiting for her to call. Terrible experience. I don’t recommend."
