It is an extremely technology focussed dentist, so many of the treatments you expect to be long and painful end up being quick and pain-free. "Dr Nadjafi was pleasant but staff are terrible. When I booked my appointment on the phone I Was told a different price for the initial exam and on the day I had to pay £68 (in addition to my £20 deposit) front of house staff had a poor attitude when I raised this concern. I was also told the incorrect price for the composite bonding treatment (£150 vs £175) I Have also been trying to get in touch with to discuss my treatment plan for over 2 months, I was told I would get a phone call the following day and no one called, and STILL I am yet to be contacted, no response to my emails. Very very disappointed Such a shame as Dr was pleasant."
