Dr Yap who is an associate dentist there, accepted me as an NHS patient. I have now completed my treatment, and found it to be very quick and efficient without compromising on quality. I am very pleased with the outcome and very grateful to Dr Yap, who is an experienced dental practitioner and very professional. "Dr Yap is very helpful and friendly, however we have been treated quite rude by the receptionists when we called the practice. They gave different information in person and over the phone ... the practice manager’s communication was very unclear and tbh quite rude to the patient, she showed her own frustration in front of patient making people feel uncomfortable and not being respected."
