"I might have been unlucky, but this last 4 months have been really upsetting and disappointing with Whites.. I started a teeth alignment treatment with Dr. Elliot because of the good reviews. Despite initially receiving friendly and attentive care during the initial consultation, there was then a lot of confusion regarding the necessity of a tooth extraction and next step. After not being in contact with Dr. Elliot for 2.5 months I asked for a 15 minutes consultation to check my teeth and align on plan and next steps. I was trying to get in touch whether with the practice or the doctor, but unfortunately no one responded if the consultation was possible. After 3 weeks of trying to get booked in for an appointment I decided to withdraw from the treatment (by then 3 months passed since the last consultation, no response from the dentist). It was only after I withdrew from the treatment that I received a rather short email from Dr. Elliot stating that perhaps it wasn’t made clear to me but the process to set the simulation of the teeth takes a number of weeks (in my case it was 13 weeks and who knows how much longer if I don't withdraw), but we can now order the aligners or simply cancel. This came as a surprise, as I had been previously informed by coordinators that the next step was to take scans. When I tried to clarify my concerns and explain that all I have been asking for was a 15 mins appointment, I was told that it would be best for me to find another dentist to treat me and my case was subsequently cancelled. I was very excited about the treatment but probably it is for the better as the dentist and the practice clearly showed that they didn't care at all. I was promised a refund, but as of now, I am yet to receive it (a week passed). I hope that in the future, improvements are made to ensure that patients receive clear information when needed, and that their questions are answered in a timely and professional manner, especially after committing to pay £4,250. I would like to believe that my experience was an isolated incident, and I hope Whites will make the necessary steps to improve experience for future patients, but with this horrible experience I would not recommend this dental practice."

She has helped me have a much clearer teeth after several years and I feel a lot lighter, better and cleaner after our first session. "This dental surgery were able to help me when my regular dentist let me down. The dentist Dr Edi and her nurse Ola was absolutely superb. They were extremely friendly and explained what treatment I needed clearly and had a filling carried out and a clean. I didn't feel pressured and definitely had the best treatment I've had in my life.The price for the work was fair. The quality of his dental work was excellent as well Dr Edi and Nurse Ola performing quality dental work. After the clean and the filling my mouth actually felt great and gums felt much more comfortable. Without exaggeration I really did feel better after the treatment! Amazing what a difference good dental treatment can make to your overall sense of well-being! The atmosphere in the surgery is very calm and peaceful too.
