"Had two appointments for a tooth extraction. Am an nhs patient and had tried many places before coming here and this was the first place that had an appointment. They kept asking me if I’d prefer a referral to hospital and then they extracted my tooth which took an hour and a half. They also charged me when I wasn’t supposed to pay. After many phone calls and emails all ignored and blamed on me they refunded me after my credit card company forced them to without any apology. After 6 months I still have a bit of tooth not removed and there is some swelling/damage on the gum. They did a referral to guys but it was rejected as it was not sent to the correct department. No follow up or care"
