"I don't normally write review, but if you care about your teeth don't go to this practise. I went for my wisdom tooth and I have been sent to another practice, because they couldn't do it and this is fine. After that I went back because I had few feeling to do. I had one done and after couple of weeks it got chipped and I had to go back. The doctor suggest me to cure the other tooth needed the feeling,I agree and WITOUTH MY CONSENT she started working on an extra tooth. Now, after few month every time I eat or drink something hot I have a very sharp pain on one of the teeth the doctor cured. I went to a different clinic and the reason why I have this pain is because she put too much feeling and too close to the nerve so now the only way I can solve this situation is a crone which will cost me lots of money on top of the what I have already spent in this W9 Dental Health plus a tooth gone. Absolutely negative experience."

"I visited this practice during the pandemic and I forgot to leave a review. As I read reviews, I am sharing this for this reason. This is my own perspective based on how I felt, and I am open to possibly interpreting things in a way that they were not intended. I am giving 3 stars to simply keep it neutral in terms of rating as I just aim to share my comment below. When I visited this practice, I felt like I noticed in the corner of my eye a dental assistant (of european background) staring at me in a way that left me feeling a bit uncomfortable. To be fair, I didn't turn around at the assistant to confirm this, and I mention this to add that generally (and from my perspective) I felt a similar vibe from others I interacted with at this practice. To add, an aspect of my treatment came undone at no fault of my own, and I was laid back about that as these things can happen. But, I couldn't be dismissive or laid back about how I felt. re: I forgot to add as background/additional information that I do not share the same ethnic background as any of the staff when I visited the practice. This is not to imply that this was a factor in how I felt, however, I do think sharing this type of information is important in general. re: thank you for your response. I did attend and have proof of attendance. As I am no longer a patient, I have no concerns to address."
