"Very rude and useless receptionist. I went to register myself she was speaking to me very rudely, I was really in pain so I paid £40 as deposit for the appointment next day. Because of her bad attitudes, I cancelled my booking and got my mine back. I found another dentist within 2 hours with better services."

"I am very disappointed. I pay £65 for private checkup and all they do is just look at my teeth and x ray. No cleaning no scale and polish even though this is standard with NHS checkup. I asked and the dentist say I have to pay extra £75 for this. SEVENTY FIVE POUNDS. This is a total ripoff they just want to get as much money from you. The dentist was more interested in pushing extra services. My appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. 1 star but receptionist very friendly no problem with her."

Last week, I had to make a special request of the practice and they simply didn't disappoint - from the lovely receptionist (whose name I don't have but she usually sits on the left as you look at the desk) to Eli.
