"I am very disappointed with this clinic, I went for a small filling and I was left without a tooth, they are not professionals, the staff at the reception are passive agressive and rude, never again will I be attending here. The filling on the tooth only lasted a few hours, I reported it and went again and got it filled to my surprise the tooth broke. Teeth don't just break!!! When I asked what I can do now, they told me that I should have an implant at their clinic for £ 2000! Not to mention that they charged me for their mistake every single time!!! Dissappoinyed to say the least."

"Horrible service. I was deregistered by the practice as an NHS patient without receiving any notification. I informed them I never received any notification that they were deregistering me. This is just a ploy to get people to register as private patients. Practice manager shouted and was rude. Refused to see me even as a private patient."

"If you are considering visiting the hygienist at this dentist I suggest you look elsewhere. They had not explained to my mother that even though the hygienist charges £80 for the service, it only covers 30 minutes of your appointment and after that you have to pay an additional £80!! They waited until my mother only had the bottom set of her teeth looked at and then told her to come back at a later date and they can finish off the top set of teeth and to pay the additional £80. When I tried to explain to the receptionist and the manager that this information was not told to my mother and whenever she had previously visited a hygienist she always paid the £80 for the whole service, they weren’t understanding or helpful. This whole experience has been completely ridiculous and by the sound of other peoples experiences, the only work they really put in is scamming people. Definitely would not recommend."

"I’ve had some bad experiences with Dentists which is why I am always feeling anxious about going to the dentist. However I have been receiving treatment from Dr Safiyah H for a few months now and she has been amazing. She is professional, approachable and most importantly I feel she really cares about her patients. I feel listened to and I’m happy with my treatment. She has also made time for me when I needed a follow up after a filling she’d done. I think she is an amazing dentist whose practice is centred around patients. I would definitely recommend her. I think the practice is very lucky to have a Dentist who is a credit to her profession."
