"Book an appointment for my 2 fillings for 9th of February (I arranged childcare for an 1 hour) and received an letter from them in January which was asking to pay £90 because I did not attend my appointment ( they booked my appointment for 9th of January instead of 9th February) Clearly the made a mistake and did not accept!!! After calling them couple of times they said it was not their fault and made me pay £90 for nothing. Wouldn’t be visiting this dentist again! You have to pay for their own mistakes!"
