"Unpleasant customer service . I have witnessed treatment being refused to a little child crying in agony because of no NHS funding . The dentist practice Is known for making up treatments for which they will take money from the funding. We all read about this in papers but when it's happening on our door step no one acts . The practice is full of people like my self going private so what happens to all the thousands of pounds given every year? Hopefully Fraud department can take care of this ."
