"Dr Lam & the dental nurse who assisted her are incredibly lovely, friendly and professional. I went to the practice knowing that I would need some work done & Dr Lam was wonderfully polite & kind about it all. Dr Lam talked me through my treatment plan clearly, what to expect and why it needed doing as well as making sure it was done to top quality. I needed some immediate fixes and I was fitted in incredibly quickly and my next appointment scheduled very soon afterwards. I have quite severe dental phobia & Dr Lam went above and beyond to make me feel secure and comfy about all that was going on.
