"The security staff are lazy and too laid back. Most of the support staff are biased with their views with midland heart. They take the piss with repairs. It stinks of weed and synthetic weed. The support staff take a long time to sort out your biding accounts and move on procedures. The customer feedback and customer meetings are a joke. Witchcraft and vodoo take place here and I.d fraud and other crimes happen here too and go unnoticed."
"The floor I lived on, the hot water in the shower literally only lasted five minutes, the boiler then took 20mins to reheat so I'd literally shower in parts. One time for shampooing and partial shaving and another for conditioning and using shower gel, then another to finish shaving. A mess. Also, the kitchen was on the other side of the flipping building so to warm up breakfast I had to walk down to the other side, God forbid you forget something in your room whilst you're cooking. A final negative before I move on, it stinks of weed. It's disgusting. Now that the negatives are out of the way, the staff are (mostly) very friendly and supportive bar literally one or two. As long as you're on top of bidding and actively trying to move on you'll be okay and you'll be well supported (unless you get unlucky with support workers but you can switch) they help a lot with moving on if you're actively involved and don't get complacent. The repairs and stuff do take a long long long time to get done but that's not the fault of this individual accomodation that's more midland heart in general. Also, the fire alarm goes off quite regularly so noone takes it seriously, if we were caught in an actual fire, we'd probably all die tbh, that's not an exaggeration, noone moves when the alarm goes off. Unless staff made an announcement saying it was an actual fire noone would bother."
