Reviews
"Staff seem friendly upon arrival. You can almost immediately smell a combination of cannabis and pee as you walk to your room, the place is not very clean, toilet was not flushed from last guests. Floor not mopped and shower dispenser empty and broken with grime on. The shower curtain could do with bleach too. The whole evening I can smell cannabis and honestly feeling light headed it's that strong. Above I can hear loud music and a lot of banging, shouting and screaming. Would not recommend this place especially for a family as my little boy is now inhaling all this and is asthmatic."
"The hotel is clean and the room is clean. Nothing smells like the stench of wee in the corridor except the rooms in the first appearance. The smell wears out hours after. But everything is good. There is a service station where we can buy breakfast. Also at a very cheap price, an amazing stay and nice customer service."
"The location is right on M5, with some good food options nearby. The rooms are much bigger than the ones that we stayed in Edinburgh. There is space for you to keep luggage. Plenty of mirrors..Overall good experience. Only thing is that normally families would try to avoid this place as it looks a little desolate."
"Very threadbare carpets. Rooms had cobwebs on the ceilings and dust on walls. Beds were OK although the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking. Bathroom ok although hair from previous occupants was still present behind the sink."
"Rooms on first floor smell of stale pee... Avoid as the smell is so strong its hard to sleep. Car park is full of construction vehicles very messy and hardly any spaces available. Smells of weed outside. Staff were polite but could smell it stinks but do not offer another room"
