"We had a lovely stay here for my mums birthday. All the staff we met over the two days were fantastic - really friendly and helpful. The apartment was really well set up (it even has a dishwasher in the kitchen area!!) and really clean and tidy. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. We will be back to visit again!!"

"Excellent value and very clean. Felt very secure and loved the little touches- chocs, coffee, tea and milk provided for the small apartment. Slept 4 with enough room to eat round a table too. Reception were super helpful and the location is great. Is just a short walk to the Jewellery Quarter and slightly more to the centre of town. Would def stay again."

"Staycity Aparthotels! We got to the hotel last Saturday, the lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated. Reception was very welcoming and professionally friendly especially Mavis, Anmol and Asma. Really good breakfast, fresh fruits, berries, handmade pancakes, croissants, warm boiled eggs, soft drinks, beverages and really good choice. All staff were friendly and professional with tables cleared almost immediately. Nice touch to be given an umbrella when it rains When we finished breakfast we left for our day out in Birmingham. The location of the hotel was great. Central for everything easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. We had been out all day, when we got back the bed had been made up, the bins had been emptied and the toilet cleaned. On the whole we are enjoying our time at the hotel, lavish breakfast and the staff there made up with the best housekeeping facilities."
