"We booked 2 rooms for 1 night 28/01/2023 as a family of 5 and cannot say enough what a great stay we had. - Easy to find - Plenty of parking - Activity packs for the kids on arrival - Very friendly staff. - Checkout at 11am which meant we didn't have to rush in the morning - Breakfast included which is always a crowd pleaser. Gluten and dairy free options readily available at the buffet which I was really impressed with. Take away boxes/utensils if you want to grab and go. We went of breakfast at 9am and although busy we got a table straight away and food was plentiful being topped up by the kitchen staff. - Room provided everything you need. We used the pull out sofa bed and both members of our party who slept on it had a good nights sleep. Sign inside the bathroom saying if you have forgotten anything like shaving foam, sanitary products etc then just ask at Reception and they provide them with their compliments. - Swift and easy checkout process Only a short visit for us but we left very impressed and looking forward to booking another stay again in the future."

"Amazing place with one of the best staff. We moved from a close by hotel due to great disappointment. I am so glad that happened and we got a chance to stay in Holiday Inn Oldbury for 2 days. Dah and Harry were simply amazing. Harry was kind enough to allow us breakfast at last minute and Dash was amazing to make sure our stay was comfortable by giving us a room as per our request. I will highly recommend this place for people looking for a decent place to stay and value for money. Clean rooms and amazing breakfast gives me all the good reason to visit them again soon in near future,"

"Not too bad I guess. Beds were comfy enough, and the shower was lovely. The breakfast was a major let down though. £10 extra for a "buffet" with only 4 luke warm options (bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled egg) and some cheap cereal is an absolute mug off. Save yourself some money and eat somewhere else."

"This is a great place to stay if you need a break overnight if travelling. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable a its good place to stay if visiting black country museum or Dudley zoo"

"Good place as it's close to major roads. Service was generally fine. Front reception female was good. Breakfast was tasty but was told no eggs when we were told to wait for them. Breakfast timetable could be wider. We had two bedroom, one of them toilet sink stank of foul. We arrived very late and everyone was knackered and already set in their rooms . We were afraid of we complained they may make us move rooms and we were all knackered for all that. Im.hopeful they would have looked after us if we raised this with them at the time. But the smell was foul , how can room service not pick it up when they run the water? Room was fine, cosy and comfortable. Sofa bed was good, except the bottom of it sticks out, causing a hit on the feet."
