"The standards of service at your hotel were exceptional. The treatment I received was more than I could ever have hoped for. My late arrival was handled speedily by professional staff members who made me feel so special with their solicitous service. Above all, any demand or issue raised was addressed quickly with a smile on their faces. Will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!"

"For £126 a night, I wasn't that impressed to be honest. Room was nice and clean, the free standing bath in the bedroom is a great feature. Customer service could be better. For some of us who like to relax with a bit of tv before bed, there's no streaming channels like netflix, which for the price is a basic nowadays"

"Loved it. Can't believe how cool the room was. Deffo a great spot for a little romantic getaway...although I was there for work. If I'm ever ba k in the Birmingham area I will be staying here. Check in was a little confusing as you have to do this across the road in their pub and the car park could use a little more signage to aid locating the entrance but apart from that it was a brilliant experience!!! Thanks guys!!!"

"I stayed at the Edgbaston hotel for two nights from the 22nd of September 2022 and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I booked a deluxe room with a king-size bed right at the top of the hotel because I wanted a room with skylight windows which I love. When I opened the door to my room, I was greeted with the most lovely scent which was coming from the diffuser in the bathroom. I just loved the personal touches. My room was absolutely immaculate and very spacious. The bathroom was the same with a massive roll top bath and shower along with his and her sinks. I certainly enjoyed a lovely soak in the bath! Ben and Paul are lovely & nothing is too much for them. They are very helpful and welcoming. I have booked to go back again for three nights in December because I was so impressed. I can’t wait! It really is a very lovely place to stay and everything in Birmingham is right on your doorstep. I can’t recommend it highly enough - it’s a lovely place run by people who care about their clients throughout their stay. I also want to say a big thank you to the ladies who do the cleaning at the hotel, they are very polite and hard working - they also helped me up and down the stairs with my suitcase on arrival and when I was leaving which was very much appreciated so thank you!"

"I can't rate this hotel more highly...it is absolutely superb!! Our room was one of their deluxe rooms with a roll-top bath in the bedroom. Excellent all round, the bed was comfy and the bathroom had a dual headed shower. All this for £95 per night; will definitely be staying again!"
