"The rooms are spacious, homely and clean and of course worth the money. There is not much of services provided at the hotel as such. But the receptionists are very polite and answer any queries you may have. They have a decent and good bar for the staff and residents at the Inn. It is very close to the Birmingham grand Central and bus station hence can easily move anywhere in Birmingham"
"Liked the fact it was close to the main station. Lift to all floors was helpful. Going in November the heating was full on and I found the room quite warm. Slept with window open which was very noisy. Could have done with more pillows."
"The location is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless with good extras like handrails in the bathroom if you have mobility problems, also a lift which is valuable to me. Wi fi has good reception. Overall definitely recommend"
