"Lovely family stay. Had dinner in evening, that was great. Kids menu very generous portions for £4.95 - I could have eaten it myself and been happy! Breakfast a bit busy and squashed space but food tasted nice. Club lounge good and nice selection of drinks. Pool and jacuzzi very nice, towels, robes and slippers provided. Room was big, although TV seemed small and slightly out dated compared to the quality of the rest of the hotel"
"Dear Management, In January, I was in your area and my car was running low in battery. I phoned your hotel and asked if your BP charging point is free to be used by the everyone - I deliberately told your staff that I am not a hotel guest, and you told me that this is okay. One month later I received a £60 parking fine notice from you for my stay in your car park. I was misled by your staff and now have to pay this fine. This is really upsetting. You should have just let me know it is for your guests only and that's perfectly fine. Instead, you told me it is for everyone and now I have to pay for your misinformation. Please don't trick anyone like this in the future."
"Stayed here twice in the space of a few months while working in Solihull. The rooms are excellent, the breakfast buffet is excellent, and the location for Solihull Town Centre is excellent (+ train station is a short walk)... you are 3 minutes from multiple evening venues... and you have a gym and pool that is clean and well sized. Would recommend to any visitors to the area."

"Fabulous hotel!! Exceptional service and value for money. On arrival I was extremely upset and explained I was supposed to be staying elsewhere, that hadn't lived up to its promises, and the young man on the desk could not have been nicer. We had an upgraded room to club lounge access, which is without a doubt worth every penny. The hotel and rooms are large, very comfortable and beautifully decorated throughout. The leisure facilities were exactly what I needed to relax and enjoy my birthday weekend as planned. The food was outstanding too, we enjoyed a fabulous lunch, club lounge canapés and wonderful buffet breakfast. With the Touchwood shops right on the doorstep there is plenty to do and see too to enjoy the weekend."
