"Poor customer service. Asked to check and re aline a exhaust...and to replace 3 nuts. They couldn't do the job..left with nothing done. ..10 mins and charged £40. What a joke. Proper cowboys."
"Really impressed with how helpful and honest Longline Exhausts were recently. I had been quoted something ridiculous to get the flexipipe part of my exhaust changed by a local car specialist who were only able to do so by ordering a whole unnecessary unit from Ford itself. Longlife were professional and capable of repairing the actual fault itself and did this while I waited- i called them up at opening time they asked me to bring my car in that afternoon and they repaired this within 2 hours while I waited. Cannot recommend them highly enough and they charged me a quarter of what I was quoted elsewhere."
